Pesticide Parkinson's Disease

Recent studies have found a potential link between toxic pesticides and the tragic onset of Parkinson's disease. While pesticides have been shown to cause neurological damage in many cases, their link to this deadly disease creates additional incentive for the effective monitoring and regulation of pesticides.Initial news reports raised some awareness, but the general public remains in the dark on the alarming new scientific breakthroughs connecting these toxins to the disease.

The concrete causes for Parkinson's disease have not yet been determined. However, its association with pesticides casts blame for at least some incidents on man-made toxic substances. These toxic substances are applied to food and distributed across the country, with some consumers being exposed to their negative side effects since birth; this reality is something that all conscious, healthy consumers should consider.

If you or a loved one has suffered an injury, illness or death, that seems to have been someone else's fault and caused by exposure to pesticides, call VanDerGinst Law at 1-866-843-7367 or click here for a FREE online case evaluation. The initial consultation is free of charge. If we agree to handle your injury case, we will work on a contingency fee basis, which means we get paid for our services only if, and when, there is a money recovery for you. In many cases a lawsuit must be filed before an applicable expiration date, known as a statute of limitations. So please call right away to ensure that you do not waive your right to possible compensation.
