Consumer Attorneys Care

Consumer lawyers do, indeed, care. The profession is largely comprised of caring, compassionate individuals. The practice of law is a business. But, the business of trial lawyers is that of helping people. Consumer lawyers help people every day. Usually consumer lawyers help individual clients. Sometimes they help large groups of clients who were injured by a single wrongdoer or a small group of wrongdoers. However, as a profession, consumer lawyers have gone even further than that to help people.

Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. is a non-profit corporation which was originally set up by volunteer consumer lawyers from across the country to provide FREE legal services to the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks who chose to make claims under the federal September 11th Victim's Compensation Fund. Trial Lawyers Care became the largest pro bono project in the history of American jurisprudence. Over 1,100 lawyers represented over 1,700 families and provided $200 million in legal services absolutely free of charge.

If you or a loved one has suffered an injury, illness or death, that seems to have been someone else's fault, call VanDerGinst Law at 1-866-843-7367 or click here for a FREE online case evaluation. If we agree to handle your injury case, we will work on a contingency fee basis, which means we get paid for our services only if, and when, there is a money recovery for you. In many cases a lawsuit must be filed before an applicable expiration date, known as a statute of limitations. So please call right away to ensure that you do not waive your right to possible compensation.
